Coverages we provide:

Comprehensive General Liability –

This covers you if someone comes into your property/space and slips and falls.

  • Limits to $1M per occurrence/$3M aggregate (Higher limits available upon request)

  • Blanket additional insured for funding sources and landlords

  • Abuse and Molestation coverage – Limits up to $1M (This will satisfy State, Local, School Board’s and Regional Center’s contract requirements.

Property-  

If you own the property or in a triple net lease, you as the insured are responsible to have the building adequately insured.

  • Separate and Blanket Limits (multiple locations included)

  • Building valued at  replacement Cost or ACV

  • Special Causes of Loss coverage on buildings, contents, loss of income, and extra expense

  • Business Contents can include storage of in-kind donations.

Professional Liability - 

Employed, contracted, or volunteer Physicians, Dentists and Mental Health Therapist.

  • Limits up to $1M

  • Covers students in training (Job Training and rehabilitation programs)

 

Directors & Officers Liability (D&O) -  

Covers the directors and officers of the company against lawsuits alleging a breach of fiduciary duties.

  • As your organization grows and begin receiving large donations, possibly from corporate and charitable foundations. Most will require specific funding obligations. If your organization, uses funds for personal gain and contract requirements are not met. This can lead to a severe loss to the organization and the personal assets of the board of directors are at risk.

Workers Compensation –

State Limits Requirements

  • Benefits to employees who suffer work-related injuries or illnesses. Specifically, this insurance helps pay for medical care, wages from lost work time and more.

Automobile –

Coverage for vehicles owned by the organization such as Food Delivery Vehicles, Trucks to Pick up large Physical Donations, Vans for transporting individuals and more.

  • Combined Single Limits up $1M

  • Split Limits PD/BI

  • Owned/non-owned/hired auto available.

Cyber Liability -

If you receive your donations via an online payment portal or utilize an online volunteer registration. This means your organization has access to Personal Identity Information (PII). If sensitive information is exposed or breached. This coverage will help restore those who are affected, recover compromised data, provide costs for repairing damaged computer systems and more.
